Rachel Tugutu (at the age 25-year-old) has always harbored a deep-seated desire to make a difference in the lives of others, particularly those who are less fortunate. Through her personal experiences, Rachel has come to understand the challenges and hardships that many individuals face daily. This understanding has fueled her passion for helping others and has driven her to create the "Rachel Tugutu World Outreach Project," a project dedicated to aiding those in need, with a primary focus on education. Rachel firmly believes that education is the
cornerstone of a better life.
Having personally experienced the transformative power of education. Rachel recognizes the immense potential it holds to uplift individuals and communities from poverty and despair. With this conviction firmly entrenched in her mind, Rachel embarked on a journey to bridge the gap and provide educational opportunities for those who have been denied access and support to underserved communities.

To address this, the organization initiated projects that focused on infrastructure development, such as building schools in remote areas and improving existing educational facilities.
